How soon can we expect results from the Programme?
Breakthrough Tools © are being used from the moment they’re shared with participants, so you can start realising value straight away. We also strongly believe that there’s no Breakthrough without follow-through, so we never offer standalone programmes, and always follow-up with either an Accelerator Programme or Virtual Navigational Check-in which are delivered 60-100 days after the programme.

How much of my team's resources does it take to organise and set up a Programme?
Very little. We strive to make this process as seamless as possible for you. We ask that you nominate one person from your team to be the coordinator who will be our point of contact for the logistics of the Programme. We will also need to speak with the Executive sponsor of the Programme - for example your CEO, HR Leader, CHRO etc to ensure we can design the outcomes of your Programme.

How long do Breakthrough Programmes last?
Our programmes can be as short as 8 hours, to 3 days and 3 nights depending on your desired outcomes. We also offer short, sharp workshops as an introduction and to help tackle challenges at a critical mass level - see here for more information.

What happens after the Programme?
We strongly believe that there’s no Breakthrough without follow-through, so we never offer standalone programmes, and always follow-up within 60-100 days after the programme.
We have a minimum of 2 follow-ups for Wave 1 programmes, and at least one follow-up for Wave 2 and 3 programmes. The first check-in will be a navigational check-in approx. 60 days after the programme, this is to serve as a point of reflection for everyone involved and can be virtual or face to face. We then follow this up with an Accelerator programme 6 months after the navigational check-in.
How do you address cultural diversity & inclusion in your Programmes, and working across time-zones?
Cultural diversity and inclusion are integral to our company and our programmes. Our facilitators have extensive cultural competency & experience, and all of our resources and assets are continuously improved. To ensure the highest standard of inclusivity, we create psychosocially safe safe spaces and insist on open dialogue and mutual respect among participants. Customisation to reflect global nuances is also a key aspect for our approach.
